This privacy policy describes how the Northside Family Camp mobile app (the “app”) handles information. The app is published by Wireless Data Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). It is a companion app for attendees of Northside Church’s annual family camp, providing the schedule, songbook, map, meals, and related camp information.
We do not collect any personal information. The app has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no login. It does not contain analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party data-collection software. We do not receive, store, or have access to any information about you or how you use the app.
The app includes an optional “you are here” dot on the camp map. If you grant location permission, your device’s location is used only on your device, in real time, to position that dot. Your location is never stored, never saved, and never transmitted off your device to us or anyone else. Granting location permission is entirely optional — if you decline, the rest of the app works normally and the map simply does not show your position.
The app saves a few preferences locally on your device, such as your light/dark theme choice, your songbook font size, and whether you have entered the camp access code. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you delete the app.
The app may provide a link to a shared photo album hosted on a third-party service (such as Google Photos). When you tap that link, you leave the app and the third party’s own privacy policy and terms apply to anything you do there. We do not control that service and do not receive information about your activity on it.
The app is intended for use by camp families, and we expect that children will use it. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone — including children — there is no personal data of children for us to access, store, or share. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we do not collect any. There is nothing to share.
If this policy changes, we will update the page and revise the effective date shown at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect in a new version of the app.
